BroodCast is a product of Fawn Labs LLC. This policy explains what information we collect on this waitlist page, how we use it, and your rights. This policy covers the waitlist only — it will be replaced by a full product privacy policy when BroodCast launches.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address. We also collect standard analytics data — pages visited, time on site, approximate location (country/region), and browser type — through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Analytics. We do not collect your name, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.

How we use it

We use your email address solely to notify you about BroodCast's launch and significant pre-launch updates. We will not send you unrelated marketing, and we will not sell or rent your email address to any third party, ever.

Who we share it with

Your email address is stored with Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), our email service provider. Analytics data is processed by Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. These companies act as service providers — they process your data on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.

Your rights

• Opt out of emails: Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
• Request deletion: Email privacy@fawnlabs.io to request that we delete your email address from all our systems. We will process deletion requests within 45 days.
• Access or correct your data: Email privacy@fawnlabs.io with any access or correction requests.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site traffic. Cloudflare Analytics collects anonymized performance data without cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all sites at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Data retention

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until this waitlist closes at product launch — at which point this policy will be superseded by the full BroodCast privacy policy.
